Sometimes the devil just lays out all his cards for everyone to see. Reminds of when I walked into a San Francisco club in 1990 and heard the most horrifying sounds that I ever came across; I was dumb, but I knew this wasn’t good. Yet, I went in anyway. At the Grammy’s, pop-stars officiated at the mass wedding of same sex couples. The stage was decorated with neon lights that echoed architecture and stained glass work usually seen in Christian churches. The whole spectacle had shades of the immense Moonie weddings performed by the late Sun Myung Moon. The same cultish atmosphere now permeates all of the main-stream media. Present at this bizarre ritual was the queen herself: Madonna. In her latest tour, MDNA, Madonna employed fluttery male dancers dressed as monks to swing an enormous burning censer as she was lowered down to the stage in an oversized tabernacle. Strangely enough, at the end of the ceremony, one of Madonna’s neophyte daughters, Katy Perry, caught the wedding bouquet: signifying yet another transference of dark power from one generation to another.
