Apple has approved a new social gay app developed to give the gay community a more “tasteful” alternative to Grindr. The new app from Distinc.tt will be advertised as the only gay social app for ages 12 and up. This means that the app will be available in iTunes store and will be marketed as “clean, social, and fun.” Distinc.tt CEO Michael Belkin said he was inspired to create this new app which will emphasize the “good-taste part of the gay stereotype” and in doing so will attract the mainstream advertisers. By a strange coincidence, Apple CEO Tim Cook made a recent rare public appearance at his alma mater Auburn University in New York and heralded his love of gay rights:
“These values have also recently guided us to support legislation that demands equality and non-discrimination for all employees, regardless of how they love. This legislation, known as the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, prohibits discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. I have long believed in this, and Apple has implemented protections for employees, even when the laws did not. Now is the time to write these principles of basic human dignity into the book of law.”
Despite the progressive dream-think of the liberal wealthy elite, homosexuality has never abandoned the purely sexual in favor of the sublime; history has actually proven the opposite; for the rise of AIDS was a direct result stemming from the height of 1970s decadence and promiscuity that was perfectly recorded in the undeservedly derided film “Cruising” (1980.) False prophets like Cook think that bureaucracy and social engineering can create the gay nirvana. Sadly, other voices have been silenced. In particular, Camille Paglia, who is prone to fits of genius, oftentimes overshadowed by a reliance on perversity, describes the gay mind quite accurately:
“Male homosexuality is increasing, because masculinity is in crisis and because material consciousness, severed from the support network of the extended family, has become a psychotic system, forcing the young to struggle for life against clinging parental fantasy. Current gay cant insists that homosexuality is ‘not a choice,’ that no one would choose to be gay in a homophobic society. But there is an element of choice in all behavior, sexual or otherwise. It takes an effort to deal with the opposite sex; its safer with your own kind. The issue is one of challenge versus comfort. In the modern world, homosexuality has become a self-perpetuating lifestyle.”
Following the argument set-up by Paglia, the Apple gay app merely assists and perpetuates the homosexual bunker mentality: the need, at even younger ages, to ceaselessly communicate, network, and share within their own sphere of synthetic consciousness. It’s a surrogate family. This is particularly true when such devices are introduced to the highly confused and hormonal youth population. It gives them an immediate out; and in. For, following the oppressively dominant American celebrity culture, they immediately “out” themselves and break-away from heterosexuality, while becoming almost immediately accepted by the gay community which forever hungers nubile young recruits. Then, the gay lifestyle turns into a sort of prison, a guarded and secure one, but, still, a dungeon of the mind from which it’s often difficult to escape. Now, with the statements from Apple’s Tim Cook, its clear that this powerful corporation wants our children permanently ensnared in a rather neat and easily controllable consumer sub-group.
