A new survey reveals that over half of women (55%) watch pornography on their own at least once a month – with a further 40% admitting to switching it on weekly. The majority of women prefer to watch soft porn (73%), nearly half (47%) tune into role play porn and 2% enjoy fetish-related content. The survey, conducted by Ann Summers of Cosmopolitan UK, delved into British porn habits and discovered that 96% of women have watched porn with a partner, with 58% claiming it had a positive effect on their sex life. Nearly half of women said porn helps spice up their love life by helping them to find the confidence to tell their partner what they like in bed. A further 23% said it brought them closer together as a couple. Over a third (40%) of women admitted to making a DIY sex tape with an ex or current partner and 66 per cent filmed it on a Smartphone.
Author’s Note: What many women fail to comprehend is that, although, they initially see pornography as an innocent diversion, when it enters into a relationship; its influence can lead to disaster. At a 2003 meeting of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, two-thirds of the 350 divorce lawyers noted that the Internet was playing an increasing role in marital splits, with excessive online porn watching contributing to more than half of the divorces. According to Richard Barry, president of the association, “Pornography had an almost nonexistent role in divorce just seven or eight years ago.” Now, 10 years later, things are probably much worse. Anecdotally, from the wives who have contacted me regarding the porn addiction of their husbands, when pornography becomes a part of the martial relationship, the effects that they have described are: lack of physical interest in partner because the husband often prefers porn and masturbation; failure of the husband to become aroused without the use of porn; a reliance on stimulants; husband exhibiting an acceptance for kinkier and fetishistic sex; pressure on the wife by the husband to partake in bizarre sex acts – including: bondage, anal, and three-somes. Ultimately, women will either acquiesce or leave. Sorrowfully, there is also a third-scenario: because of the brain-washing and mind-bending consequences of porn – women are becoming just as sexually deviant and perverted as men. Hence, the growth in so-called female or mommy erotica: “Thirty-Shades of Grey,” feminist porn, and the female fan following of porn star James Deen. We are entering a new era of porn addition: one that not only takes control of the men, but the children, and the women; husbands, sons, daughters, wives, everyone. We have become a society of porn-zombies.
